Naak ki haddi/maas badhna:
Ek-ek chammak keekar aur Tulsi k patte ko ek cup pani me ubal kar bar bar nak ka garara kare ho sake to din me teen kare 15 dino k liye.
Ya fir green tea/curry patte ka powder/Tulsi k patte ka powder ek chammach aur koi sa bhi namak ek chutki pani me ubal kar garara kare.Aur agr asli long ka tel nhi to iodex ko laga le naak par raat me ho sake to subah bhi

250g aak k phool ko 250g gay k desi ghee me paka le aur isi ko din me 2-3 bar lagaye.
Laung ya fir iodex nak ke upar lagale.
Fori taur par kholna: naak ka namak mile garm pani garare k bad 1 laung ko achche se chaba kar ek ghut garm pani pi le. Ya fir triphala ko hamwazan shahad me Mila kar ek chammach khalein.
